Order by Phone
If you prefer to order by phone, you may call 802.229.0738. Please note that we are often busy in the studio and your call may be answered by voicemail. Leave your name, telephone number and best time to call, and we will call you back to take your order and payment information.

Payment Methods
We accept Visa and MasterCard. You may also choose to pay for your purchase via Paypal. We also accept checks and money orders. These orders will be shipped when your payment clears.

Vermont Sales Tax
All orders shipped to a Vermont address will have 6% state sales tax added to their totals.

Shipping & Returns
Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 weeks. If there is a delay in processing your order, you will be notified via email.

Shipping Methods
All orders are sent via USPS, First Class. (You may also choose Priority Mail or Express Mail if you'd like your package to arrive sooner, and to be trackable, for an additional fee.)

Returns
If you wish to return an item, you will receive store credit for jewelry returned in its original condition within 10 days of purchase. Please include the original receipt.
